HDT, shifting the last 10kg seems to be the hardest thing.

Miles, patience, maybe some cross-training so the body has to consume energy differently. Dunno wot the answer is. Maybe ed might be able to provide some clues.

Last year after doing 100kays of base combined with 50km of paceline or sprintwork twice a week, plus racing, plus other training I still only lost very little bits of weight at a time. Took 4months to lose 4kg. Admittedly weight loss wasn't high on the agenda: from memory I think all I did was cut out the afternoon muffin.
