A couple of hints about Fitday - don't rely on the seppo equivalents of food, use the custom option and enter the nutritional info for anything you eat on a regular basis. It overestimates on salt intake and you have to watch out for some of the processed stuff that sounds the same as the stuff we have here but is usually overloaded with sugars (compared to the Aussie equivalent)

Also, to get an accurate count of calories burned vs calories consumed, you need to enter sleep in the daily activities or it wildly overestimates your basal metabolic rate.

Other than that, it's not bad.
