Well, depending on how much you want to spend, you can always go custom. check out www.zinncycles.com. Lennard has been building frames for both short and tall folks for nearly 20 years. Also, Cannondale used to make a 700c wheel size road bike in either a 46 or 48. I built one up years ago for a girlfriend at the time and she loved it. I've seen them from time to time on ebay, so you may want to check around there also. And just FYI, if you were to find a Cannondale, just remember that a nine or ten speed build will need a little extra attention as these bike have 126mm rear spacing and one inch threaded forks.
