I know it's a long shot and I've been looking for a while but if anyone can help me out I'd greatly appreciate it. It's for the shortish special lady in my life. Also I'm not sure if it's cool putting this here so if it's not, sorry.

fuji track SE?

I have been on a similar quest for my friend who needs a 46-47 cm frame. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your opinion about Fujis) the Fuji track SE only comes in a 43 cm, which is too small.

If you find one, please post about it. We've been looking for 6 months with no luck.

has your friend actually tried a track se? my girlfriend should need a 47-48 on paper but only has 1" of standover on the little fuji. it may be worth a shot. before that she went through multiple frames that took 24" wheels--they never seemed to be in short supply.

the SE actually has a 50 cm TT.

Well, depending on how much you want to spend, you can always go custom. check out www.zinncycles.com. Lennard has been building frames for both short and tall folks for nearly 20 years. Also, Cannondale used to make a 700c wheel size road bike in either a 46 or 48. I built one up years ago for a girlfriend at the time and she loved it. I've seen them from time to time on ebay, so you may want to check around there also. And just FYI, if you were to find a Cannondale, just remember that a nine or ten speed build will need a little extra attention as these bike have 126mm rear spacing and one inch threaded forks. dont know where most of you are located.but if youre on the east coast,T-town has a huge swap meet in october.they have a junior race league,so theres a chance of finding some frames for very small people there.

also, you could get in touch with chris at circle a. he accidently built me a 48cm frame. problem is the top tube is 56.

I believe that there's a 48 Bareknuckle frame, and Bianchi makes the Pista in 48, as well.

i have mint contioned blue bob jackson in approx. 47-48. not totally sure of the size but it's as small as you can go with 700c's. let me know if interested.

i had a similar problem for my girly excepty she is about 5' and needed a 43 or 44 cm. We ended having to go with an ugly moutain bike frame and convert that. Ill always be looking for a 44cm i think. so the Fuji track SE is 43cm or 47? whats the deal

Just so people know De Bernadi comes in a 47 about $500. For a much more expensive option Cinelli produces a 46 about $1000. I'm leaning toward a De Bernadi right now.
