Picked up a pair of Performance Gel Bibs yesterday and wore them out today on my ride. For the money ($39.95 on sale), I figured even if I hated them it wouldn't be any big loss. Tried on and bought a pair of larges. I wasn't sure I was going to like them as I felt like they were sliding down my neck muscles and I figured I'd be yanking at them for my entire ride but didn't work out that way. They are much more comfortable than shorts and about the only downside I can see is figuring out how to use them bathroom with them on.
