what the hell do you know? in his case it did. you don't know his crank length or the kind of tires he had, the kind of bike he had, or anything else. actually i don't know that stuff either. and the difference is a lot more than 4mm, seeing as how the measurement they give for a 27" wheel is 630mm and 700c wheels is 622mm. that's 8. have you ever compared a 27" wheel with 1 1/4 tires to a 700c with those gay ass rubberband wheels that they all have? i haven't actually, but i just measured my 27" wheel with 1 1/4 tires at 27.5". go measure the wheel on your comfort bike and tell me what you get. we'll compare.
