IndyGal, MKS makes a separable platform pedal and clipless pedal. They are different pedals, but I believe they use the same mechanics to connect and disconnect from the bike. If you bought a pair of each, you could just decide which pedal you want for a ride and attach them. The only thing is, you would end up paying about the same price for the pedals that you paid for the whole bike
