Well, brought the bike to LBS, changed seat, handles & bar, slick tires, and of course a tune up, all this for less than 100$, Man, what a difference!
It's like going from a tractor to a nice touring car... I am re-discovering the joys of cycling, this is now a very enjoyable ride!

I will keep the road bike as future project... it's a bike from the mid eighties...
14 speeds with shifters on the lower bar, but it's got a nice cr-moly frame, shimano 105 group, i'm sure I can do something with it, rather that sell it for a 100 bucks or so...
