Ok, I'm starting my commute...probably next week. I have a flashing tail light, and need, i guess, some kind of headlight. All my roads will be well lit, so I need one to let the cars notice me, not to help me see. Essentially my morning commute is pre rush hour, so I can manage the big, well lit roads easily. In the afternoon I'll take back roads to avoid cars. Anyway, yeah. Just looking for something basic and affordable. Thanks in advance!
