My tube got a 2-pinsize hole on the tire side.
I could not see anything wrong with or stuck in the tire casing (supposedly kevlar). Its a fairly new tire 200-300km. Newish tube too.
I did not hear a blowout.

Will pinch flats create holes on the rim side of the tube?
Anything else could have caused the flat?
