Get someone to scare you suddenly, if that doesn't work, stand on your head and say the alphabet backwards while drinking a glass of water, and if that doesn't work cover yourself in peanut butter and hop around your house on one foot, and if that doesn't work at least your loved ones will have some comic relief.
