ok, so, yesterday i went out for my usual ride. nothing out of the ordinary. i checked my shorts and it doesn't seem to be what's causing the cramping. my shorts are not super tight at the hem. it does not leave marks on my thighs after wearing them for a good two hours. im currently taking magnesium, calcium, zinc and potassium pills and nothing is working. i added a teaspoon of salt to my 24 ounces of cytomax and it's not working. i stretch and warm up before the ride and still nothing is preventing the cramps. i think im going to see a doctor about this. this is REALLY frustrating. i feel im losing my interest in the sport because of this. the sad part of it all is that i just got a new bike.
