I might have been unclear,sorry! I meant that you can ride thru there as someone had moved the fences/barriers so that you could slip around the sides. At the bottom of the underpass, there is anopen trench but enough pavement to ride by it. A 4 or 5 foot wide path. I ride my bike around the fences but Gina dismounts for saftey concerns.

When I wen thru ther yesterday, someone had moved the fence half way off from the path so one lane was unblocked.

We rode thru there yesterday about 10:45. I ran over a piece of metal strapping that made a loud noise. Right before I did I saw some guy that looked like you (from the pics you posted). I thought it was you. There was one other guy close behind you. Thought you might have been together. The strap distracted me as I was about to shout,"Ralph?".
