Any fork of the same type (threaded vs threadless - in this case I'd presume threaded), of the same length, , with the same threading pitch, and with a similar rake could, in theory be substituted. Might be easiest to go shopping at yard sales for a used bike from the same era with the same frame size and similar rake.
