- btw, i've run into similar problems with other on-line shops... in one instance i ordered a specific Park Tool kit - what i got was something totally different... no 'sorry,' or 'we'll make it right'... simply "hey, if you don't like it, return it..."

- needless to say, that shop will *never* get any of my business again - ever!
