Just figured I would let everyone know how a prior thread resolved.

... we just got two Bike Friday folding bikes. The final deciding factor was the ability to fold the bikes within a rental car. We thought that the ride of the small-wheeled bikes were pretty good and the price was comparable to a lot of the steel-coupled bikes.
