Bikes: '79 Peugeot UE8, '89 Schwinn Mesa Runner, '79 Schwinn Traveler

I'm setting up a new commuter using a mid 1980s Schwinn Mesa Runner MTB that I intercepted on its way to a trash pile.
This is the "before" picture. I'll post the "after" photo next week when I'm done.
