The only front brake induced front flips I've seen pulled successfully were on a BMX modified with a 'roll cage' .

Roll cage! Aw man that is pure genius! Weld two beams in a half oval. When it flips, tuck your head, and keep your weight centered. with enough luck to survive the first few attempts, you might jsut be able to ride out of it.
