It's not the idiocy, it's the immaturity that gets to me. That and the unconditional belief in their own superiority, despite the fact that I ride more in 6 months than they do in 6 years.

Ecstatic!

It's been 2.5 years I've been working 2 jobs without weekends. This year I'll actually have time to go to races, ride on the weekends, etc etc.. that normal people do. I seriously can't even fathom it right now.

I've got to put in my last order on monday =)
Congrats! Yes?

BTW I nominated you for "Best Troll Poseur of the Year" for your wonderful performance in the Trek saga.

Not to them. I let them waste their valuable energy waving while I ride by on my free bike in my free kit and look at them with disdain over my free sunglasses, feel utterly superior.

Thanks for the congrats and thanks for the nomination. I just posted one last hail mary in the Trek thread, I'm hoping i can catch one more =)

Before I got into cycling I played a lot of video games, and during that time I really refined my trolling abilities. One person did call me out, but i ignore him and people kept biting

It has always been so. It should never change.

Had a good ride today and felt better than I thought I would. I discussed the WR thread with some other BF members and others were interested, too. Nice day out there, (sorry if you're dealing with nasty weather), but the dangerous newbie showed up again. He got yelled at at least 3 times today. I wish I had a picture of him, it would be priceless.

The question is does the newbie keep making the same mistakes or is he correcting and making new mistakes?

Eventually it's not worth the probability of lot's of injuries though.

I just ate my weight in good, southern comfort food. Man, I'm hurting in a good way.
Got a little Tennessee Whiskey that I'll sip on and enjoy the Seinfeld Festivus episode and then hit the sack.
Jack Daniels makes my wife's clothes come off though. We'll see how the night ends. Sorry, no internet or computer in the room. I won't be able to update the twitter feed from there.

We started in Northridge, went to Mulholland Hwy to Cornell and out to Agoura Road to Westlake Village. From there through Hidden Valley, (home to people who are stupid rich), over the hills to Simi Valley and back.

The problem is he is strong enough so he doesn't get dropped. I think he has probably done a lot of solo riding. When he first came out he was a menace. One of the guys took him aside and tried to set him straight and he is better, but he still makes bonehead moves. He cuts across wheels, jumps ahead and drifts back, and today he was a little behind late in the ride so instead of going to the intersection to make a left, he turned in front of cars going 50+ mph.
