I wandered into Professional Cycling. It's worse than the 41.

Lets say, hypothetically, I have small hands and can't reach the brakes from the drops, and I've broken my reach adjust.

Should I be training in IAB or drops or hoods w/ horizontal forearm or what? How should I be racing?

Went skating with the family last night. I had a great time. However, the good vibrations came home with me and wouldn't let me sleep. I tossed and turned all night. I woke up at 3am, tossed and turned again until I finally just got up. I feel OK. But in about 40mins I won't feel OK. V02s ≠ OK

Wake, coffee, ride, eat, SSS, school, snack, homework. All before 14:00. Nice.

Having to count mileage in my food for class. My breakfast went over 15,000 miles. I had Soy milk, oatmeal, banana and blueberries.

when I am tired and lack sleep or when I'm sick I have this thing that happens. Words or phrases will just pop into my head out of the blue. It's always been that way since as long as I can remember. It's kind of like my mind is out of it and random things will just pop in. Sometimes it's entire sentences that have no meaning. Sometimes it's just a word or words. And it's prominent. Like someone spoke it. Really strange.

First one today: I was just sitting at my desk working. Looking up meter valve dimensions and .... "Cream horn."

I'm going to trap a rabbit in the back yard for dinner. Should keep my mileage down.

Seems logical to me. Don't fight it. Mental Tourettes can be fun. Don't hold it in just yell it out.

What's-His-Face from the Red Hot Chili Peppers did that once. If you can't find yourself where you are, how do you expect to find yourself somewhere else?
