On a funnier note, my girls are upstairs playing with a couple of the neighborhood kids..one kid says what is that, daughter says they are my daddy's rollers...kid says what do they do...younger daughter says my daddy rides his bike on them...it's real hard he's a professional...I simultaneously beamed with pride and laughed my arse off.
...in other news, I'm meeting a pro for a training ride first thing in the morning. We're going to tear up the local 2nd-string hammer ride.

Race canceled this morning. Why? Two (2) inches of snow outside.
Bummer. :-(

good morning. Just let my little dog out to go pee. He slipped on the ice. Kinda funny.

Team training ride in a garage today when the ice melts. I'm the M.C.

There are several boys I've heard that like my youngest daughter. One little kid in our neighborhood and two at school I think. I really don't know. Anyway I wrote on her wall last week asking her about her test she took. Here's how it went down with me and two of her BFs:
Todd: How did your test go?
Lilah: I don't know yet but I think I did good
Nick(BF#1): hope you did
Chance(BF#2): why because u like her
Todd: dont' fight. she's mine first and foremost.
Lilah: shut up dad

When we arrived up north yesterday Maddie bolted out of the car and immediately slipped and fell on the ice. It humbled her a bit.

We spent the day exploring wedding venues and places for a rehearsal dinner. Ate some stellar, albeit expensive food, at a possible venue but they wanted us to rent the whole inn for the wedding weekend and the food kept me up most of the night with heartburn. Eff that noise.

Just let my dogs out, my JR who's 16 walked into the wall next to the door, then did it two more times. I had to guide him to the door opening. He's damn near blind and deaf poor guy.

My wedding planning was a bus schedule. Got married during my lunch hour at the Bexar county courthouse in San Antonio TX. Honeymoon was in the barracks room her roommate was generous enough to let us have for a couple of hours.

A somewhat hilly century with the faster guys, (they'll wait for me) or a shorter climbing ride with some women and a few riders of my speed? Decisions.
