Wow not a lot of mention here about Liguigas. They, along with LPR, took the race by throat and really controlled it. With two very real GC contenders in Basso and Pizzotti they are the team to beat.

So protect the guy who does not want to lose more than 2 minutes or the guy is up front and should be your main GC man.

i'm not sure the others have the gas to stay up front.

plus if there are 5 Astana up front, the other teams will expect them to work.
