I road the flite in a few test rides. I owned the Romin for a little while before trading up to the Adamo (yes, on a road bike). Romin was probably the nicest traditional saddle I've ever tried. The Flite was just a saddle, pretty good I suppose, but the Romin was a saddle specifically shaped for the gooch.
Then again, why not just skip the gooch-cradle altogether and ride the Adamo? That's what I ended up doing.

nashbar R2. I own three.
Full MSRP on nashbar.com is 60 or so. It is often on sale for < or = 40. Right now it's $25. Maybe I should stock up.

I had planned a super-threshold 2x20 day today, but the rain killed that. Tomorrow I will need to "kill" it to make up for being a pu$$y today. Not quite ready for ZCI's done properly, though. Next month for them. I'll think of something appropriate between now and tomorrow. Maybe a super-FTP 20 minute, recover, and then 10 "over/unders" will do the trick.

Nice.
I love the idea of these kind of workouts, but methinks that they would be nearly impossible to execute with a mere HRM.

3 X 15's @ 90% of ftp was the plan, but I have come down with a severe case of laziness. I think I will eat instead.

fuggitivo solitario
25' at 295W (FTP 290), some rest, and then 30' at 302W. If i could shed only a kilo or two, i'd hit my pre-season FTP goal of 4.40w/kg. Seems like i should be able to push FTP up to 310W for collegiates. That would be swell.
As for the actual workout, the done hill sections were real fun as the windchill was really low. 30mph + 28degree weather + wind = brain freeze
