Dinner= Fried rice, piece of awesome banana bread. Then housemates got pizza, so I had a slice and then had more banana bread. Stuffed.

I need to avoid the sweets bar at the cafeteria, but it is so good. I did good for the first week or two and now I'm failing again.

I'm turning over my "eating logs" to the nutritionist this evening. I'll bet I hear "boy there's a lot of beer in there".

I'm a fatty.
Weight was 196, I got down to 184, bouncing around between 184-186, but having trouble breaking through. My eventually goal is 170. My BF% is still high teens, so I've got fat to lose, just having trouble doing it. The calories don't seem to add up to the weight. Something is off.

Hope there's room in that boat for another fattie. My goal was 166 by October 1. I've been running a daily deficit (or at least that's what I'm logging) for weeks now but I'll get to 170 and just stop. Very frustrating.

Hence why I'm seeking professional advice this winter. I've recently ballooned up to 176, which is unacceptable. BF is still in the 15/16% range too.

On the other hand I made this amazing dinner tonight. On Sunday I bought way too much red chard because there was a chance that the number of dinner guests would be large and it wasn't. So today I made chard and shallots sauted with garlic that went over pan seared pork chops doused in a cranberry/olive oil/red wine/fresh thyme reducton at the end. Simple baked potatoes was the only accompaniment. YUM!

I think I might actually break 120 this year. I've been eating like a pig these past few weeks, with absolutely no regard to what I'm putting in my mouth. I'm easily exceeding 3500 calories a day, and from stuff like ice cream, candy, soda, and fast food.
For dinner tonight I had: a huge bowl of pasta with creamy Alfredo sauce, 10 chicken wings, and a hotdog. Then I had a huge bowl of ice cream, as well as some pumpkin bread.
Feel. So. Fat.

I've concluded that I could probably live on cereal. The staple would be cocoa puffs, honey nut cheerios, life, and cinnamon toast crunch.
Oh no, it would be awful if you broke 120

I'm not much into milk either. I will drink plain if it is very fresh and very cold. I smell -and reject- milk that others claim is perfectly fine all the time; I won't even put it in my coffee...

^+1 I've never had coffee that wasn't black.
I'm a little curious as to what it tastes like though.

Mikey, how much have you been riding at school?
My course load this semester is really eating up my time.

My riding time is only about 8-10 hours so far, but that is with about 2.5hours of erg workouts everyweek. I could probably ride 12-14 hours if I really wanted to. My course load this semester in terms of sheer work is not that bad this week, in combination with covered grades and I haven't been too stressed out (except for calc 3). Plus, my schedule is really pretty awesome (tuesday and thursday are practically free). I do need to get better at managing my time and being efficient.
