Does anyone use a juicer in any way? Looking at beet juice, and juice breakfasts in general. Can you juice in large quantities and store for a week? I don't really like eating veggies so thinking this might be a way to eat more of them.

if you don't eat a lot of veggies i'd be inclined to recommend blending as opposed to juicing. with juicing you don't get the fiber which has a host of positive side effects. but then again i'm a curmudgeon and don't really "get" the whole juicing thing.

If you don't really like eating veggies, are you going to like drinking them? I'm sure it is very nutritious, but, in all seriousness, I'd like to hear from anyone that has had blended or juiced veggies regularly for a long time. I've known a few people to get into it, but only for a few months before it sits in the cabinet.

i've used a vitamix regularly for ~10 years -- mostly fruit smoothies for the first 5, but tons of veggies over the past few years.

I'm wondering how small a minority you represent out of people that buy a Nutribullet or Vitamix thinking they'll make veggie smoothies a substantial portion of their diet. Follow up question - do you eat many veggies (in addition to drinking them in smoothies)?

I love my Ninja blender, however I knew when I bought it that it would be 50% used for juices/smoothies and 50% milk shakes

i have no idea how to answer that.
the nutribullet seems -- at first glance, at least to me -- kind of like a toy or taking advantage of a fad. the vitamix is something else altogether. i only know this because we had the vitamix taking up shelf space for a few years when i started making (fruit) smoothies. i'd destroyed a couple cheap blenders. after a year or 2 i had an issue with the vitamix, and when i looked up some info to fix it i learned they have a lifetime warranty. hm. also, holy $h!t...i didn't realize that this wasn't "just a blender"...i just knew i couldn't blow it up in a week like i could any regular blender.
called them up. "we'll send you a label; send it in." oooooh kay.
a few days later, it was back, good as new. been solid for the last 8 years, though i just checked and think i will proactively replace a bearing.
well, i didn't buy the vitamix. i think my wife's mom had it for 10 years before we got it i never would have purchased one at first, but now after owning one for so long i would DEFINITELY purchase one again. it's a forever thing. i even travel with it, sometimes. it's rad.
i started off with fruit smoothies, and about 1-2 years ago i got the idea to explore adding veggies. wasn't really planned. i just figured out that there were combinations that i just really liked -- preferred, even, to fruit smoothies.
i've been experimenting a bunch with my own nutrition over the past few years, figuring out what works for me -- as well as working with some others.
i just flat out like the taste and texture of the mixes i make. also, with a veggie smoothie i can have a huge serving and still hit the macronutrient targets i want. (i have some ideas about how many g/kg CHO, protein, and fat work for me.)
bottom line is the taste, though. if it tasted bad (to me), i wouldn't make them. it's also super convenient. i make lots of simple meals, and the vitamix lets me make a simple (& refreshing in the summer) meal in minutes.
my kid loves the fruit smoothies i make and enjoys some of the veggie ones. my wife thinks most of the veggie ones are crazy.
yep. i might make eggs w/ a ton of veggies for breakfast, a veggie smoothie mid-day/recovery, and veggies with protein in the evening. might also have a large salad (lots of spinach).
the amount of spinach that goes into a typical smoothie is pretty insane.
i've used this to get down to 5% body fat. i get a ton of CHO from veggies -- and it's pretty much impossible to overeat them.
you can also do a whole bunch of stuff other than smoothies with it.
/commercial...but you asked.

We have used our vitamix 2x per day for years. My wife has her own routine, not sure exactly what it is but it involves a lot of leafy vegetables. I use it immediately after every ride/workout to make a protein shake out of actual food (*warning* you may find this gross but trust me, it's super good: banana, raw eggs, yogurt, fruit juice, blueberries, peanut butter).
We both eat and blend plenty of veggies.
FWIW nutribullet and vitamix are very different things. Nutribullets are disposable and weak. Vitamixes are almost absurdly overbuilt.

Fun fact, raw egg whites contain avidin which is an antinutrient to biotin.
