Does my racing number count towards a 5-4 Upgrade?

I did a race this summer and my racing number was 1, does that count towards an upgrade?

No, but the rust marks and ratty spots on your jersey from the safety pins do. So does pinning your team mate's jersey to his bib straps (thereby making removing said clothing next to impossible).

Pinning your number on TdF style does not however.

Thanks! I was 666 once, Does that mean I can upgrade to the Protour?
