Was just reading up on Nationals up in Bend, Oregon. Is the only requirement to be eligible for the Elite championships that you have to be Cat 1? Or do you have to win state championships or be invited somehow?

Yep, cat 1 and you can enter the RR. cat 2 for women

not sure about Crits, and I think any cat can enter the TT champs.
