Watching Wales v. France with a Kenyan, Bosnian, Bulgarian, and two S.Africans. The Bulgarian holds a French passport so he's the only one pulling for Les Bleus.

Mollusk, I hold no affinity for the swamps of the bayou.
I'm a Florida purist.
And none of that Panhandle crap either.
No offense to my Redneck Riviera brethren.

It's been 5 years since the wife and I have been to the movies. We went last night with my brother and his wife to see The Thing.
2/5 stars. I'm really hating CGI more and more.
But the massive tub of popcorn was good.

Today: 70F, calm winds, clear to partly cloudy skies.
Tomorrow: Well, the saying " Don't like the weather, wait five minutes" applies.

I did a shuttle mountain bike ride today, 5 1/2 hours on the trail after a van ride to 9200 feet.
Here, we are 5000 feet above the lake and will be down there in about 9 miles.

Got sick or something on my ride yesterday. Started getting chills and just really weak. The quickest way home was finishing the ride.
4.5hrs, almost 85 miles.
Took today off from riding. Getting ready to go to our team's party though and I'm not really up to it.

It's an old Blackwell Research stem. There isn't a lot of companies making stems with that angle. Fit is real close to my Cobb fitting specs. TT is a tad shorter, 1.5 cm's, but I can get a longer stem if it bothers me. All other contact points are spot on.

Does anyone have trouble digesting food after a strenuous ride?
I went out for Indian food with my GF last night and could only finish about 3/4 of my meal before my stomach was tapped out.
What is weird is that if I had a completely sedentary day or a day with only moderate riding I would have finished it no problem.
I think that maybe a relatively large portion of my blood was diverted to my legs and that less was available to my stomach. Ideas?
Oh, and I've had this before. It usually occurs after high volume days at high intensity for the duration. It's like I can only eat a moderate amount of food at once, but I have to eat all the time.
