calculating threshold power

i did a 20min time trial and i was wondering if someone has a spreadsheet or knows a link to find my threshold power wattage from this 20min test

Yep, many have written on this topic. I think it's fine to choose training zones based on an FTP from a 20' test, but I wouldn't count on that number being your actual FTP.

I raced a 40km TT two weeks ago and 20km TT last Saturday. Rather than do a seperate 20 minute test, I just usually use the last 20 minutes from my many regular 20km TTs.* For me, comparing the 40km TT and last 20 minutes of the 20km TT confirmed the *0.95 as accurate for me.

The 30 minute is what Friel is recommending these days. No conversion, just AP. I did one. It hurt. I threw up a little.
