For those that haven't seen today's WC Scratch race from Minsk... you should go fix that.
Most exciting scratch race I've ever seen. HERE
Both better and more unexpected than Kwok Ho Ting's win in 2011.

I'm pretty sure that the next bike I buy will be one of those chinese knock offs for cheap. I just don't think I can justify the big $$$ that the big names charge. Having said that, I don't think the next bike is coming any time soon, so it's a bit of a moot point.
my newest bike is 5 years old. and it's my "leave it at home, and ride it when i'm back bike."

my good bike is 7 years old.

new is nice, but not necessarily better.

Mine is two days old.

On the other hand I've been married for over 26 years to the same women. She's awesome. The bike's not bad.

I guess you ran out of toes on that math equation.

And check your ruler. It's much smaller than you think.

Where's that picture of Imelda Marcos?

My newest bike is the used Seven I've had for almost a year. It has Chorus 10 speed so I think it's a 2010, or so. I'm getting tired of it, I think.

Ex is an ex mod. While I can no longer eliminate him from BF, I can use my Army training to hunt him down and garrotte him in his sleep.

I should start a poll on what string folks would like me to use...and material. I'm partial to the high E in steel. A lot of folks like nylon but I find if it slips at all it burns and the wire has more bite. Low E is ghetto. You might as well use hardware store rope.

huh, has it been 7 years since that model? We got one in at the shop and I rode it the other day... it compares quite nicely with other, more modern bits.

Isn't WR still a mod?

You could apply for the job, or would that be a case of the fox guarding the hen house?
