^^ You can add an inline adjuster on the frame boss. I've thought about it but not really needed it. Nice for the rear though, especially after swapping wheels.

... or the next time you replace cables, you can splice in an inline barrel adjuster anywhere you want along the cable run. Here is a quick pic I pulled off of google:

we do Soledad repeats before which are open to anybody to join us, but our UCSD crit practice is for team members only since it's an official school practice and there are liability issues. the crit practice is mostly for newer riders to learn and get accustomed to racing tactics and efforts, so the A's mostly just ride along side them for part of their drills and then we do our own ttt practice or something else. definitely not like thursday night worlds haha

Barring failing a background check, drug screen, reference check, and educational and employment checks, and as long as they don't discover my association with RacerEX, Rkwaki, gsteinb, and the rest of you hooligans, the nightmare of the last six months of my work life will be over very soon. I have a lot of angst and guilt over leaving ten great people in the lurch, but it goes with the territory. There is no price on my sanity. No price on my morals, either. It's been one of the worst experiences of my life.

Gotta pass the tests first, but I don't expect any issues. If the worst happens, I have two other opportunities waiting just in case.
