Lol we've had the pizza discussion at least 2 or 3 times in this thread. Obviously is serious business.
I second the chicago deep dish though.

Nope. Deep dish is for tourists. Chicago natives eat thin crust, cut tavern style.

Also, on pizza, I will scarf down local fare just about anywhere, and enjoy it. Pizza is hard to screw up when it's handcrafted.
All the damned charts skip 24mm. Maybe go here and average the 23 and 25mm numbers.
Or you could just squeeze a little pus out of that one cyst, dab it on the tire, then roll it out on the driveway, and measure between the wet spots.

Exactly. Seemed like a good idea when I entered the lottery.
It will be a new challenge to motivate me.

Down at at the bottom of the pizza food chain next to Dominos is Sbarro, but they're not going to be around too much longer. Even Papa Gino's is better than them.

just overnight a samsung 840 evo from amazon w/ prime. they're quite good drives (i run a few). 500gb is $260 and 250 is $140.
regardless, when you get stuff settled you'll enjoy having the SSD. it's a noticeable improvement in interacting with your computer.

I agree about the mom and pop type restaurants having a better chance of being good than a corporate place. There is a family run pizza place I have been going to for 40 years, the mom and pop are both gone but the son has taken over and I still like it.
There is a family run Mexican place we go to and Mrs. John always has the trout, the best trout we've found, and I like their pork chops. Doesn't sound like Mexican, but tastes great.

I will say that the worst regional pizza is St. Louis style. Think cheese whiz on a greasy *******. Honestly, no redeeming qualities. They do have deep-fried ravioli (bar finger-food), though, so there's that.

are you just annoyed that price does not scale linearly?

Does 'teton' make reference to the mountains in the physical sense or 'physical' sense?

Expect fatty, high calorie food, with very few exceptions. The only thing that appeals to me is the linguine and meatballs. The salad is ok. Breadsticks don't do it for me. If you're going to have chain Italian, Bertucci's is much better.

What kind of bike were you thinking? I think a light cf hardtail would be good for that race but there are so many other options.
