I watched it in horror as I was rooting for that team. It was pretty bad.
Parade laps. After that year I realized the parade laps at that race are really, really, really fast.

I can't ever tell if you're being serious, or if you're just really dumb.

I just got a Power Meter. I'm excited and overwhelmed. I'm not sure I'm worthy of it, but it will be fun trying it out!

I only know you from the board, but you and a guy I've raced and trained with since about 2003 who now lives in el paso were more transformed by a powermeter than anyone else I know. both "sprinters" transformed into complete racers who can still sprint.

Chainsuck for the 3rd time in a month - posted about it in the mechanics forum. I hate when this happens - I don't want to try pulling on it myself to fix it - taking it to the LBS is only 5 bucks so I'll probably do that. I wonder how much they'll charge to put on a new chain if I want them to do that. I've never done it myself and don't have any tools, but if it has that chain-link thing maybe I don't need tools? Maybe looking into youtube videos is in order if I have time.

"Chain suck" is typically used to refer to the chain hanging onto the underside of the inner chain ring, and getting pulled up and trapped against the chain stay. It happens on mountain bikes with mud. It's pretty rare to happen on a road bike, unless the chainrings are seriously worn.
If you're actually having chain suck on multiple occasions, you need to look at replacing the inner chainring.
If you're dropping the chain to the inside, there are 3 things to consider. First and foremost, is the FD adjustment, most notably the limit screw. Second is consider how you're shifting if you go all the way to the biggest cog in the back before shifting from the big ring to the little ring in the front, the resulting chain line makes it more likely to drop the chain, and Third would be to consider a chain catcher, such as a Deda Dog Fang.
