That was more than double any ride that I've done in the past 3-4 months, and happened to be with my team. I felt like I was drunk for the last 30 minutes just trying to hold on back to my car.
Is this a contest I can play in? It was a month ago today. Seems like way more. Bike Ride Profile | 2014 Everest Challenge Day 1 near Bishop | Times and Records | Strava

I'm usually the same way and have been known to eat roast beef and pb&j sandwiches on most long rides. I happened to forget my jersey so I stuffed as much into 1 vest pocket as I could and got on with the show.

it's impossible to selectively nitpick everything if you don't know the incredibly specific word for the things that annoy yo u.

Hope there are no negative effects. No PRs tomorrow, unless it's for least watts in a ride.

I'm a crit/track racer. That might be the longest ride I do all winter depending on what the coach thinks.

Hit some 1 minute intervals. I almost threw up my heart. New 1 minute wattage PR.

All that on 3 hours sleep. Had to take the wife to the airport in the morning, and at 3 am the fire alarm kept beeping every 20 minutes due to a low battery. That did a really good job of waking me up every 20 minutes but not so much for changing my battery.

About 2 hours, 1:15 of it was solid Endurance, and a sprint.

2.5 hour ride from SF over bridge and then to coast. It was an amazing day and ride with lots of climbing.
