Good luck at San Rafael ... you've got the strength to win the 3/4. In the 123, just find Dana Williams and stay glued to his wheel like your life depends on it.
I REALLY wish Cascade and San Rafael weren't on the same weekend.

I emailed USAC and asked them to void my win from Sunday since 35+ 3/4 doesn't fly.

Yeah, but you had an excuse of contact falling out. Plus look on a bright side, you missed a huge pile up on last turn.

Stage early and line up on the front. 10 minutes less warm down won't mean squat if you're blown off the back.

Anyone there for the p/1/2 San Rafael crit know who that guy tailgunning and acting crazy was?Almost every time the pack came around, he was right there on the back doing something silly - fiving the whole crowd, arms out like an airplane, bunny hopping the line, etc.

He's now starting his 3rd year in Law School and just came out for fun. Used to take some great race videos you should check out. Definitely a "colorful" rider.

you guys doing Dunnigan this weekend be prepared. its gonna be like 200 degrees. take precautions - extra bottles, electrolytes, ice socks, whatever.
I'm not doing it - dealing with a pinched nerve in my leg...its getting better, but i've just been riding enough to not get fat. probably wont race again till masters districts if i can get my fitness back

I always take extra bottles for Dunnigan, but the forecast for this Saturday doesn't look crazy hot. I'll take my magnesium and drink some Preload as usual.
