What an ass. I'm not that over the hill, geez.

Oh, his thoughts on indoor training. Calls me a wanker who'd be better off logging a zero that day, than burnout. Whatev's...
Wanker you don't actually have a coach...

I know of one coach who just downloaded one of the $49.99 TP programs and sent out the daily workouts to his clients.

I would drive from Houston to the Driveway if I knew you were racing...ya know, just to catch a glimpse of the legend.

Long Time? For additional details that would be an extra $10 a month...
But here it is for free, tonight only.
If we had a 120 mile road race Saturday, we rode 120 miles on Wednesday. Whatever Saturday's race distance was we rode on Wednesday.

Oh and the legend...
With current fitness it would be one lap...

My coach says Thursday will be my first Driveway this season. Last time I raced this course/direction (Championship Loop), I won. I'm not telling how, but it's guessable. Coach says that's the plan again unless there are some team possibilities trumping it.

I'm pretty sure that somewhere on these pages you've told us the story... my recommendation for you: attack 1' out...800 watts baby! Good luck!

The guy who won our crit on Saturday turned the corner at the bottom of the hill and put on the gas...610w ave for 52 seconds to the line (disclaimer - strava data). That's not too shabby for 45+ 4's. Especially after 20 x 1' repeats. Especially for a scrawny old guy.

Lol. I honestly don't even know how someone could do that, do they just totally ignore people's races, and lives, and stuff that comes up? I swear it'd be more work to try and have the same schedule for everyone than to just differentiate.

I must be one of the lucky ones. I have a local coach who I communicate with 4-5 times a week , makes adjustments to my workouts based on what he sees in my power files .
He's raced most of the races I'm entering and my results have improved beyond my expectations.
