I have a small dent in the top tube of my steel winter bike. It has been there for years with no issues, over some pretty rough roads. My vote is for not replacing.

I crashed and put a small dent in the top tube of my steel Bridgestone MB-2 mountain bike the bike's maiden ride in 1993. Rode it for 21 years without an issue. Still riding it around town some.

LOL. Have I never shown you the top tube of my race bike? Dented by handlebar in a crash like 6 or 7 months into owning it. Been racing it for over three years since then. Will do a 4th season this year. It's fine.

(front hubs are 100mm, track rear is 120mm).
Anyway small dents with no creases, no big deal.
Creases, big deal, the crease is a stress raiser and the tube will crack along the crease at some point.

I like the Campy set up for sprinting, hence I haven't moved from Campy. I position the levers so that I can reach the thumb thing without moving my hand. Hand is not completely on bar because I couldn't hold the camera on the other side of the bar without letting go a bit.

Before Campy I used bar ends. I cut the bars down so that the palm of my hand rested on the shifter. No moving my hand during sprints.

I'm now all 11 speed. I really don't want the hassle of selling off a bunch (8?) 10 speed cassettes individually on ebay. I am tempted to just put the whole bunch up as a single lot, although I know I'll get less for them that way. Are there any other reasonable options for getting rid of all of them at once?

Bikes: aggressive agreement is what I ride.
my prevail helmet is dying. the ratchet/plastic fit system is broken and getting worse.
which modern helmet allows you to securely stick sunglasses in it? this is a non-race helmet and I take my glasses off whenever I'm doing extended climbs to avoid sweat pooling.
I'm not above buying new glasses and new helmet after striking out on this years specialized helmets

Pretty sure you can get a replacement part for that.

I didn't realize you could replace the part I broke, so I'm going to try that first. Though I did kind of want a new helmet it's stupid to waste an s-works for a $10 part. Hopefully that works.
