hey, your budget is not too wide, so unless you get a good deal on a fox i would recommend to seriously think about rockshox. the reba is above your budget, but cheaper than a new fox, so if you can up your budget to around 400 dollars or so, that would be a very good buy imo. if you look around online, some stores might even have a 06 reba for cheaper. im sure it is possible to get an all travel reba for around 350.

if you dont find a good deal on a reba, id suggest a recon fork. i bought mine for the thai baht equivalent of 230 us dollars. its a coil fork, with motion control, compression and rebound adjustment (which are decently wide, though not as much range as the pike/reba air i saw in the shop). the recon is a little heavy i guess but no heavier than your current forks for sure. i came off an axel to the recon and i am loving it man.
