Offroad it's usually missing the lights, handlebar bag, and will have knobby tires.

Tires: SlickCity ST by Forte
Seat: Bell (original was torn up)
Rack: Schwinn
Das Blinkenlights: Bell (Looking at a Blackburn X3 for up front)
Handlebar Bag: Bell
Pump: Blackburn MtnAIR

Inside the bag:
* Gerber Evolution multi-tool
* Screwdriver with bits for every fastener on my bike
* Spare tube
* Master Python cable lock
* Lunch

On the rack:
Depends on what I need to take with me that day, but either a laptop bag or duffle bag.

Also, a really long lash strap wrapped around the support, in case I need to attach something big, or strap a milk crate to the back for carrying stuff.
