Dual pivots make no difference to my style of riding. I just wish I can get my hands on a pair of single pivot Campy skeletons. Purely aesthetics, single pivots have so much more elegance over dual pivots. I currently use Campy Monoplaners on my road bike.
If you can find some way of extending the mounting bolt for use on the front, you could probably just order individual rear brakes from a Campy dealer, or just buy 2 sets and sell the 2 fronts on ebay.
