Is it a good idea....

...to tip your bike fitter? I spent two hours with a guy today who fit my bike to me perfectly and did an incredible job, it's never felt better! I felt a little guilty because he didn't even charge me since I bought the bike from his store last year. Problem is, I felt like maybe I should give him a little gratuity, but didn't have cash on me. If tipping is appropriate in this case, I thought I could stop by next week, give him a gift card for a lunch or dinner, what do you think?
