Here is an idea: If you buy them from your LBS ask to try them on a demo bike mounted in a trainer. Or if you already have one or a buddie has one. This way you can work on the mount/dismount part of using clipless pedals. Also you can make the fine adjustments in spring tension(release tension) that will allow you to get out safely yet keep you clipped in when riding. This way you will not crash on your first ride due to poor adjustment and such. Good luck. I use Bebop's.
