You have to upload the Excel document via FTP to some website that you manage or have access to. There may be some free upload sites out there that I don't know of off the top of my head. Regardless, the address needs to be an http:// ... .xls link of some sort.

I'd love a copy actually since I haven't tracked my commuter mileage/days in the past and I want to this year. Hope you get it working.
