I changed my bearings out using a drift to drive them out. Then I used a socket of the appropriate size to drive them in on the outer races.

Worked perfect and took me about 10 minutes a wheel.

If you go the LBS route, it shouldn't be too much. Maybe an hours worth of labor max.
