I feel that way year round!! Back in Winnipeg where the summers got into the 100s (combined with high humidity levels), I LOVED it ... I was in HEAVEN!! Everyone else whined about how hot it was and how they wished it was winter again, and I just thought they were nuts!!

Also, I'm usually chilly when I ride. It has to be over 80 degrees before I start to feel somewhat warmish on a bicycle. I get teased for the fact that I'll wear a jacket for an entire ride in the summer, while everyone else is overheating in unzipped sleeveless jerseys. So, on really hot days, I'll go for a ride to cool off. It's great!
