I've heard mixed reviews on the Gavia and Pearl Izumi stuff in general. Two companies that always get good reviews though are Showers Pass and Foxwear. Some added benefits of getting anything from Foxwear is that it's custom made and designed specifically for you, but it's all reasonably priced.
