I rode in the Tour de Cure near there last year, and I understand the Harrisburg club does a century on a very similar route. If the rest of the cycling in that area is as nice as the TdC, I would say you are going to be in a nice cycling area...

Of course, it is somewhat relative to where you are moving in from...
