this wasnt sent out by the company but something that happened to me.

i have had the zipper pull on 3 different pearl izumi amfib products snap right off while i was zipping them up. the first was a pair of their amfib booties. i sent the pair back and nashbar was very friendly and help full in setting me up with a replacement. while waiting for it though the zipper pull on my pearl amfib tights snapped off. then after a week or so of using the new booties one of the pullies snapped on those as well!

the product itself is great but pearl should do something about their zippers. i was using them with care after the first one went only to find they are poor quality. thankfully, i have a cure...,.

take a paperclip and insert one end into the slot where the zipper snapped (i will post pics later in thread). twist the paperclip back to normal size and bag! a new zipper pull!
