If you're going to deal with this on your own, starting a police record with your name on it and her info will link you to any mischief that might occur.
If mischief isn't going to occur, talk to the cops. I've never known anyone who acted like this who was approachable by strangers, much less anyone who might come knocking on the door with a complaint. $5 says she'd call the police and tell them you tried to kick in the door while shouting bloody murder and waving an axe. Not a good way to get aquainted with the local legal assistance when you might need them. If you can convince an officer to make a visit, however, she'll probably give you (and other cyclists in your area) some space next time while muttering unspeakables about stupid police not having anything better to do than harrass her, she oughta sue those ******** penniless.
