I finally had to stop riding my bike when I could not stop coughing at night. I could not sleep. I had to return to the doctor who told me that I had fluid on my lungs. I have been off the bike for about a week. The single digit temps helped also. Anyway I am much better and ready to get back on the bike. Oh yeah we are going to have a heat wave, 22 degrees this weekend.
